Appeal to Thame's businesses

Thame Jubilee Mug design

Last night I read this article on ThameNews.Net about how due to a funding request had been turned down for the Thame Jubilee mugs project and felt something could be done.

Mary Stiles said “This is an historic occasion and the people who raised £1007 from the Jubilee quiz are very disappointed that the council could not find match funding for the mugs” which made me think a bit that if a whole bunch of local businesses all put in some cash (say £100) we could easily cover this without breaking the bank.

Another £1000 is required to get our school kids a mug commemorating the jubilee year. Pentangle have pledged £100 can you help?

If you can help get in touch using this form below and we’ll collate all your names etc and give you a big shout out on our website.

PS If you tweet or Facebook about it can you put the hash tag #jubileemugsforkids on your message, ta :)
